We are seeking a self-directed, enthusiastic individual to join our Internet Operations Department in Perham. We are expanding our NOC service to a 24/7 operation. Please see schedule details listed below.
Duties include: delivering excellent customer service through immediate response to critical situations, providing continuous service monitoring and single contact point, and performing triage assessment.
The following skills and experience are preferred:
Associates degree or equivalent technical training or experience in networking
One to three years of experience in a network operations center (NOC) or technical support organization working with network hardware and software
Working knowledge of Cisco and/or Extreme Networking devices
Windows OS (all), TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, antivirus, e-mail and internet applications, remote access and familiarity with various computer hardware
Demonstrated proficiency in trouble shooting, analyzing and problem solving
Possess customer service acumen
Network+, CCNA and/or ENS certification is a plus

Schedule Details:
NOC technician will work 4 days a week, including every other weekend. A typical shift will be from 9-12 hours, equaling up to 40 hours per week.
