MAINTENANCE MANAGER
Doherty Staffing Solutions, in partnership with our client in Perham, MN is currently interviewing for a Maintenance Manager on 1st shift.
SUMMARY
Our client in Perham, MN is seeking a Maintenance Manager to work in Perham. Hours vary Monday through Friday and occasional Saturdays. The pay is competitive based on experience and starts at $45,000 annually. This position reports to the Production Manager. The Maintenance Manager position is a long term opportunity.
MAINTENANCE MANAGER
Responsibilities: The Maintenance Manager position is responsible for:
o Performing skilled functions related to maintenance and repair of equipment, buildings and grounds as defined by the Production Manager.
o Performing variety of tasks related to maintenance and projects such as design, cost estimates, materials needed, time requirements, etc.
o Reviews, plans and performs work associated with daily maintenance work order program to include all facilities, grounds and equipment.
o Managing, leading, and monitoring projects to assure timely completion, within budget and in compliance with OSHA regulations and specifications.
o Establish and maintain appropriate oral and written communication with Production Manager and Management Team.
o Maintaining cooperative working relationships with fellow employees, staff and management personnel.
o Making sure tasks are done in a safe, efficient and timely manner.
o Assisting in keeping work area, tools and equipment clean to ensure a safe environment.
MAINTENANCE MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:
The following are required for the Maintenance Manager role:
o Mechanical and manufacturing background
o Previous engineering experience
o Ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions.
o Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
o Broad knowledge, skills, and experience related to maintenance and projects.
