Finance Manager / Rental Agent
Part-Time Position with the possibility of going Full-Time.
o Accurately explaining & completing all paperwork with customer in purchasing of their vehicle
o Help customer arrange for financing and present additional products that enhances their vehicle and ownership experiences
o Preparing Motor Vehicle forms, organizing, mailing of 3rd party contracts in a timely matter
o Filing
o Assisting customers with Rental needs and ensure a positive customer experience
o Maintain accurate Rental Reservations and organization of fleet
o Opening/Closing of rental agreements, communicate with insurance company/auto body shops on extensions of contracts
Qualifications:
o Outgoing friendly personality with strong interpersonal skills & ability to establish rapport with all types of people
o organizational & accuracy skills
o multi-task, while maintaining a high level of confidentiality
o clean appearance
o self-motivated
o computer skills
o valid driver's license / clean driving record
o Saturdays
o Must possess the ability to ask for the sale/rental and follow through
o previous vehicle knowledge or rental car experience helpful, but not requiredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
